Base Rate: Our base rate is $900, and this accommodates 4 guests for 3 nights. This includes exclusive access to all amenities and the serene surroundings of Devils Lake.
Additional Guests: Groups larger than 4 are billed at an additional rate of $75 per person per night for the additional guests. We provide extra bedding and ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable stay.

Booking Policy: To secure your reservation, we require a deposit of $300 at the time of reservation, with the remaining balance due upon arrival. We accept major credit cards for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy: Should your plans change, we kindly ask for a minimum of 14 days' notice for cancellations to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the reservation start date are subject to a cancellation fee.
